Be Careful with Your Steps

I heard from a colleague that another colleague fell down and scratched her jeans/ knees just in front of the steps at the staff entrance where I work. Several months ago, another colleague from a different department had a miscarriage because she slipped and fell while cleaning up one of the hotel rooms.

When we talked about it during lunch, it suddenly reminds me of my bad experience. It was a few years back some time in year 2006 if I'm not mistaken. I had just finished working and hubby *at that time we weren’t married yet* was waiting inside the car. On my way to the car, I had to walk to the parking lot. At each side of the walkway, there were hedge plants and some of the dead leaves were lying on the ground. I accidentally stepped on one of it and it was slippery that I suddenly slipped and fell down. I was shocked, but I managed to get up as fast as I could and just acted like there was nothing happened when it was actually SO painful. Lucky, I didn't break any bones.

So, when I was already inside the car, I told hubby about it and asked why he didn't come out from the car. He apparently didn't notice that I had an accident because it happened in a flash. Although it was throbbing hurt at that time, but I remember I could still laugh and thought that it was funny when he told me that he was watching me from the rear view when I was coming out from the building and wondered why I've suddenly 'disappeared' and the next second surprised to see me standing at the side of the car hahaha...

Anyway, folks, just be very careful when walking, ya! I could still joke about my experience, but others might leave scars not only physically, but also mentally. To finish off my post for today, I leave you with Austin personal injury attorney he he... We have to be extra careful, I heard of many stories that a mum accidentally fell off from the floor she was mopping, he had head injury, a week later she died.

Ouch...miscarriage? Well, a friend of mine fell down when she was pregnant but the baby was OK and she was born OK. Falling down is always dangerous, though. And I do remember the post that you wrote when you fell down that day. Soon it'll be slippery again here and I hope I'll stay up!!!!

Just: Ya, kesian... tapi OK suda dia la.

Amel: Ugh, scary. Thank God your friend and the baby were fine. Yep, I did write about it before. You take care over there, ya!

2 times accident with steps!
First time masa tadika, main lari-lari turun naik tangga. Silap step, terus mulut yang duluan hentam tangga. Thats why my lips shape ada lain sikit sampai sekarang (hahaha)...

The second one, time sekolah menengah. Tangga sangatlah slippery tapi forget to hati-hati, hadiah...jatuh terduduk di tangga, gelongsor lagi tu dari atas sampai bawah. Punya lah sakit! Nasib tidak jatuh peranakan...

Moral, walau di mana saja berada walaupun kita rasa line clear tetap juga kena hati-hati jalan...sometimes ada perkara yang kita tidak jangka tu.
