Yesterday, dad's birthday went on fine. There were only a few of us at home singing him 'Happy Birthday'; mom, my older sis and my 2 nephews, and me with hubby. My bro & GF were late as well as my BIL because as usual, my bro has to finish off his work, the eldest sis and family are back in Italy, and the youngest sis is working in KL and couldn't be home... Sooo... It's kinda 'quiet'... and we're missing them, but welllll... we did enjoy the food, cake and most importantly, the quality time spent on such a simple gathering. :-)

Why I mentioned cookies in my post title? Because I suddenly remembered about all the cookies I had during the past Raya, which makes me long for moreee cookies hehehe...
