Being in the hotel and tourism industry for so many years, I've encountered thousands of people from all walks of life. It's not only to mention the hotel guests, passer-bys, employers, but the direct contact with other employees.
Last week we have a new manager on board. Found out that she was a long lost friend of one of my workmates. Well, she's not that important person to be blogged about *PUH-LEASE*, but I just wanted to share with you the most ridiculous moment I've witnessed when my colleagues and I heard her unintelligent response to one of the managers.
She was just being asked to draft an apology letter and she was already losing self-control. My God, if you guys see her reaction, tearing her eyes out, you would be surprised what kind of manager they hire???!!! I wouldn't tell the whole story here, but tell me what you think of this...

Senior Manager: What are you doing here? *She was in our office to use the computer because her desk is not set up yet*
New Manager: No reply...
Senior Manager: Are you ok? *In a friendly voice*
New Manager: No, I not ok!!! *
Senior Manager: Why?
New Manager: I stress!!!
Senior Manager: Why are you stressed?
New Manager: Leave me alone!!! *The Senior Manager’s face turned red*
What a dumb ass she was, don't you think?! Actually, if she didn't know how to do the letter, which I found amusing especially in her level, she could just ask the Senior Manager to provide her a copy or template if any... and her English (?!!!). Obviously, she's not the right person, but she must be willing to learn instead of snarling at other people and later still feel proud that she dared to snap at the Senior Manager... *tsk tsk* I'm still curious how she can secure a position that require her to speak and write English fluently...
UPDATE: Yesterday she tender her resignation 24hrs! Thank God!

Yeah sometimes we have no idea how those kind of people will be hired in such position. A monkey looks smarter right? hehehe...
