April Fool!

Yesterday was funny. As everybody aware it was April Fool's Day, some people started to forward ludicrous SMS. Mom received an SMS from her 3rd younger bro. He told her that he was too drunk last night and fell down in a faint. Now he is still in the hospital. When mom read the SMS, I said it could be prank. Then, mom was thinking smartly. She called the neighbour and asked her to go and check on her bro. The neighbour didn't notice anything, innocently reported that mom's bro. was in the kitchen making 'sambal belacan' (prawn paste) ha ha ha...

Then, mom also wanted to join in the fun. She SMS to her 2nd younger bro. She said that she is so worried because she couldn't open one of her eyes properly since last night. The 2nd bro. replied that he's sorry for he doesn't know what to tell mom to do except that he advised her to mix a few drops of lime juice with salt and put it into the infected eye!! Ha ha!! Ridiculous!!! Then, he mentioned that he is distressed himself and in trouble as he was in the police station for interrogation because of rape case!!! Aiyo!!! So crazy la these brothers and sister he he he... What if all of these are true?!! Aeyyy... 'Palis-palis!!!' (Touch wood!!!)

I haven't really played any practical jokes on somebody yesterday except a day before April Fool, my elder sis typed a 'formal' letter about something funny and addressed it to mom, folded it and only written down mom's name and the name of our place. I guess it's not meant for April Fool, but when hubby showed it to me, we decided to staple and put a 30-cents stamp on it he he... and I suggested to use the company stamp chop to make it look real hi hi hi... When, mom received it in the morning, she didn't open it straight away. She and dad were wondering how on earth the postman knew where to send because the address was not even complete!!! HA HA HA...
